disclosures
Independent life insurance and annuity practice. Licensed, appointed, and transparent about what we are — and what we are not.
Licensing status
American Dream Solutions operates as an independent life insurance and annuity practice. Producers affiliated with the firm hold active life and health insurance licenses in the states where they transact business, and maintain individual National Producer Numbers (NPN) registered with the National Insurance Producer Registry.
Licensing status for any individual producer can be verified through the NIPR Producer Database or through the insurance department of the relevant state. We will provide license numbers, NPN, and state listings on request for any case, referral, or partnership review — email admin@american-dream-solutions.com.
Carrier appointments
We are appointed with a broad set of national life insurance and annuity carriers and place business on an independent, non-captive basis. No carrier owns, controls, or directs the firm, and no product is house-required. Appointment status varies by product line and state.
Product availability, features, riders, and rates differ by carrier, state, and issue age. All coverage is subject to underwriting approval and the terms of the issued contract.
Scope of services
American Dream Solutions is an insurance-based financial strategy firm. We are not a registered investment adviser and do not provide securities advice, investment management, legal advice, or tax advice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.
Material published in our resource library is educational and general in nature. It does not account for the facts of any individual situation. Clients and partners should coordinate with their own attorney and CPA before implementing any strategy described here.
Engaging with the firm does not create a fiduciary, legal, or advisory relationship beyond the scope of a formally executed agreement.
Compensation
As an independent insurance practice, we are compensated primarily through commissions paid by the issuing carrier when a policy or contract is placed, and through override arrangements on business written by affiliated producers and partner agencies. We will disclose the compensation structure applicable to any recommendation on request.
